Position Overview:

As a Procurement Student at Cellebrite, you will assist the Procurement team and support the day-to-day purchasing, supplier management, and order follow-up activities. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn end-to-end procurement in a fast-paced operations environment, leveraging AI-powered tools and data analytics to help drive smarter, faster sourcing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchasing – Support the creation and follow-up of purchase orders across multiple categories, monitor delivery dates, and help ensure supply continuity.
• Supplier Management – Communicate with suppliers to track purchase order status, follow up on lead times, and help resolve discrepancies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain and update procurement data in the ERP system and generate ongoing reports for the procurement team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency.
• Handle general administrative work within the procurement function.
• Vendor scheduling – coordinate and manage supplier delivery schedules.
• Vendor onboarding – manage the onboarding process for new suppliers.
• Track the percentage of shipments actually canceled versus cancellation recommendations; the target will be defined jointly with line managers on a quarterly basis once routine operations begin.
• Handle urgent Down/Urgent service deliveries: Down items must be delivered within one business day, with exceptions only in special cases and with the Procurement Team
• Track the conversion of requisitions into purchase orders for items defined as production stoppers or urgent service items, as part of routine coordination activity (no formal target defined).
• Perform quarterly review of orders OTD, Invoicing, Receiving, and maintenance
• Own the semi-annual meeting and follow-up
• Improvement and prevention measures in the quarterly operations management report.
